Hornchurch Athletic Cricket Club
Hornchurch Athletic Cricket Club was founded in 1936 and have been playing competitive cricket ever since. The Club is located at Hylands Park in Hornchurch, and is a member of the Essex County Cricket League sponsored by Readers.
The Club currently fields three League teams on a Saturday, and one team on Sundays playing a mixture of Sunday League and friendly matches throughout the Summer. In addition the Club has a thriving youth cricket system with a full range of Colts Cricket/Junior teams ranging from Under 9's to Under 16's, who benefit from the experiences of a number of ECB qualified coaches at both Levels 1 and 2.
The Club is ECB/Sport England Clubmark accredited recognising the Clubs healthy cricket infrastructure and focus on youth development.
